SC4 Amateur Radio Club is holding a ham radio event at Pigeon Point Lighthouse just south of Pescadero August 16th. We plan to be on the air from 10am - 4pm using the special event callsign N6L as part of International Lighthouse and Lightstation Weekend. We've registered the event with national and international organizations so hopefully there‘ll be lots of ham radio operators anxious to contact us that day.

This is the same weekend as the Pescadero Arts and Fun Festival, and we’ll have communications set up between the two events on CMD33. Please visit our booth at PAFF and then visit the Lighthouse and get on the air for a while.

In addition, State Parks is also holding special events on the 16th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. They welcome visitors to their Victorian crafts and games, Victorian Days History Walk at 2pm, and see the progress on the lighthouse restoration.  See Pigeon Point's website for more info.
