At the beginning of each year, we ask our members to review our Whistle Blower Policy, which has been uploaded to the library at the following link: http://www.sc4arc.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/sc4arc_whistleblowerpolicyforposting.pdf

This policy basically says that all members are free to raise an issue of concern about any other member of the club, including board members, without the fear of reprisal.
