    Please see the below information on this year’s chipper program. We are looking for volunteers to help staff the collection days. Breakfast & Lunch will be provided. Thank you in advance for your help!

    La Honda Community,

    The La Honda Fire Brigade and the Cuesta La Honda Guild are pleased to announce the 2019 La Honda Chipper Program will again be hosted here in La Honda. Dates are as follows:

    July 6th & 7th 10am-4pm

    July 13th & 14th 10am-4pm

    July 20th & 21st 10am-4pm

    • The chipper program is designed for residential use only. NO Commercial use.
    • Clear brush and small trees from around your home.
    • Check in with drop off attendant.
    • Deliver your materials to drop off site, you will need to unload yourself.
    • Drive away, we’ll do the rest!
    • Branches, limbs and other woody vegetation up to 9” in diameter.
    • NO construction or building materials. Must be free of wire and nails.
    • No poison oak, vines, grass clippings or bags of leaves.
    • No trash, weeds, rocks, concrete, etc.
    • Piles only, No bags

    Drop off site is located in Cuesta La Honda on Entrada Way adjacent to the County corporation yard
