Looks like i can only help with morning setup, not tear down as initially thought. Conflicts arose both days in the afternoon.

What time you want people to show up for setup?

    Casey, KA5WAX

I have a pretty good sized screen – big enough that it has to hang from something else.

It’s currently hanging from some hardware somewhere and I’ll take a photo of it tomorrow and a measurement.

It’s probably 6′ wide. We’ve hung it for events two ways:

    1) on a hunk of Superstrut between two tall step ladders. I have said Superstrut.
    2) using straps and carabiners from rafters

oops just saw jeneen’s post. file this away as an option.

    Neil, W6VG

Saturday afternoon is best for me. First choices would be “Your First Radio” and “Repeaters”. I’m happy to do two sections.

I’d be happy to teach the Saturday aftn classes that Neil doesn’t cover

I’ve posted the draft, class schedule in the library:

Jeneen, W6NCS is bringing a standing projection screen. Firehouse has 2 projectors and tripod, chart stands.

Saturday morning setup (8:30 AM): Eva, KN6CZD
Saturday afternoon teardown (4:30 PM): Casey, KA5WAX
Sunday morning setup (8:30 AM): Bob, W6RES; Casey, KA5WAX; Eva, KN6CZD
Sunday afternoon teardown (4:30 PM): Casey, KA5WAX

    Thank you, all, for volunteering.

    Neil, W6VG

Thanks Peter, the schedule looks great. I don’t have the new Technician Class book (mine was effective to 2018). Do you have a book I can borrow or slides available?

My manual is the 2014 – 2018 edition as well.
    Has it changed?
