Red Cross is offering a 4-hour Psychological First Aid class on Saturday, June 1. I took a 6 month Mental Health First Aid class through the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, and it was well worth the time. Good stuff to know for anyone who will be volunteering during a disaster, or otherwise.
