The SC4ARC Holiday Potluck will be on Friday, December 6th starting at 6pm at the Cuesta La Honda clubhouse at 120 Scenic Dr. We’ll need a set up committee and a tear down committee. Please sign up for either or both of those if you can. The clubhouse has a microwave, but no stove, oven or refrigerator. There are electrical outlets for crockpots, etc. if you need them. Please sign up for a dish to bring, and also plan to bring drinks to share.

There will also be a White Elephant gift exchange. Bring a wrapped, inexpensive gift for every member of your party so everyone can play.

Potluck Sign Ups:
Hors D’Oeuvres: Jean (almond cheese), Jeneen, Kathleen
Main Dish (meat): Eddys (turkey), David, Mikey
Main Dish (vegetarian): Lisa, Angelo (lasagna)
Side Dish (veggie): Neil (veg. casserole), Mittons, Eva (cranberry sauce)

Set Up/Decorating Sign Ups: We need at least a couple of people to bring decorations and set up the tables, etc. We may be able to borrow some decorations from the fire house. We are welcome to set up any time after noon on Friday.

Can’t do during the week because of construction on our deck.

So far I count about 10 RSVPs to the Holiday Party. The set up crew is trying to figure out how many people will be there. It was a lot easier pulling out extra tables etc. at Wills than it will be at the LH Clubhouse so we would REALLY APPRECIATE RSVPS. Even if you don’t know yet what you will be bringing, please respond and let us know if you are coming and how many with you.
