Hey there, Jeneen, would you rather I bring them over ‘here?’
    it’s no big deal. 🙂

    Either way…thanks for posting them!

Hey Folks, I have spare cycles so if you have some Field Day photos send `em along to me ( or send me a link to your dropbox/google photos/foo ) and I will aggregate them… somewhere… for our common access.

Thanks to everyone for helping out and having fun at Field Day.

We successfully deployed and operated two HF stations, a GOTA station, and a VHF/UHF satellite station for 24 hours, all running on emergency power from generators. We deployed 7 antennas, three 30′ military masts, our 40′ tower trailer, and our resource trailer. We packed it all up and went home in record time.

Somewhere in between, even though the bands were brutal, we logged 200 phone contacts, 82 digital contacts, 9 CW contacts, and a satellite voice contact. We also had multiple visits from Open Space Rangers, a visit from the Palo Alto OES team soldering class, and an impromptu Fox Hunt for the source of our Satellite RF interference. And of course, the best potluck dinner and breakfast.

Thank you to everyone who helped with the planning, setup, and operations.

A special thanks to Pat for all the logistics work,
Angelo for building and deploying a complete satellite station on his own,
Jeneen for yet another club potluck dinner,
Bob for keeping us all on track,
    David-dov for the digital station,
Nick for keeping the lights on and the radios running,
Neil for the trailer inventory and soldering class,
Peter for manning the GOTA station,
and Team Mitton for holding the fort on the operations front.

And I forgot Craig, for single-handedly building downtown in our little village.
