The Annual Meeting of the Membership for the Election of the Board of Directors will be held November 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting location will be announced soon.
Your vote is important. It may be entered in person at the meeting, or if you cannot attend, by proxy. To view the proxy form as well as a sample ballot with the names of the nominees, click on the following link which will take you to a downloadable form in the club website library: http://www.sc4arc.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/2015-proxy-form.pdf
We encourage all members to vote either at the meeting or by proxy, since we must have a quorum to have a valid election. Proxy votes must be received by the secretary (secretary@sc4arc.org) no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on November 20, 2015
We will also be voting on the membership dues at the November 21 meeting. More information regarding this motion is forthcoming.
