As promised at the last meeting, I’ve uploaded the San Mateo Co. Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Services, Ham Radio Frequency Plan Recommendation sorted by region and sorted by frequency.

 

We also have a draft contact protocol from OES which is our guideline for contacting the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Communications Unit (SCU) during business hours, after hours and during emergencies.  This protocol will be incorporated into our communication plan and used in training.  Copies of this information will be kept with the ham radio at the La Honda fire station and it will be incorporated into the next edition of our Field Operating Guide.  Until then, you may want to make copies for your go-kit.
